Healthy Granola

2 Cups of Oatmeal (not instant)
1 1/2 Cups of Craisins or dried Cherries
1/2 Cup of slivered Almonds
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbl butter
1/2 Cup of Organic Honey or Agave Nectar
  •  Melt butter
  • Mix oatmeal, craisins, almonds and salt
  • Toss mixture in butter and honey
  • Spread on cookie sheet and bake about 20-25 minutes on 350
  • Be sure to stir often so you will have even browning
*This makes wonderful granola that can be used as a topping but is great by itself also!  Store in ziplock bags or tupperware.
