Breakfast

When I am making eggs and candian bacon really quick in the mornings I just start my skillet on med heat, spray a little olive oil and first cook my canadian bacon. Really it just needs to be warmed up so it doesnt take long at all. When that is done I spray a little more olive oil and crack my eggs.  They cook in about 2 minutes.  As soon as I put my eggs in the pan I put my bread in the toaster.  It pops out seconds before the eggs are done.  Ten minutes and you have got a nutritious yummy breakfast.
